I know that participating in a Trek-Run event is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and Trek-Run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of Trek-Run officials relative to my ability to safely complete the event. I assume all risks associated with participating in this sporting-event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, animals, the effects of weather, all risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of accepting my entry, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf waive and release the Kulen Mountain Trek-Run, their employees, event officials, volunteers, and all event sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participating even though said liability may arise out of my negligence or carelessness. I grant permission for all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. ALL ENTRIES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A SIGNATURE FROM THE APPLICANT! ALL PERSONS REGISTERED ONLINE IS REQUIRED TO SIGN OUR WAIVER ON THE DAY OF REGISTRATION (1 DAY BEFORE THE EVENT). NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. ALL CHILDREN NEED TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT!
Before sending your registration, please allow us to thank you for the interest in joining our event. For verification purposes, one of our Ambassador will call and assist you in completing your Registration Form. Please proof of the deposit transaction at your end.
