In the future, if another company acquires the Company, all of our assets, including personal information will be absorbed by the new company, providing they will follow this Privacy Policy. 5. DATA RETENTION AND ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We understand that you may not be available in joining our Sporting Event yearly. Since our Event has a purpose, and you are obliged to cooperate with our program to deliver our cause or purpose, we will not remove your name and email address from our public servers, neither remove or delete any Public Content from the Service because of your kind contribution to our program, even if you are a one-time-joiner. Please note that information may exist in backup storage even after it has been removed from our active databases. 6. CHILDREN

Our Service, and Sporting Event are intended for the general audiences and is not directed to children under 13 years old of age. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us at https://kulenmountaintrekrun.com/.

Please understand that while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security, as there is no method of transmission over the Internet or via a mobile device, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. However, we will follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted, and once we receive it.
